I have tried both several times over the last few days and my wife and I availed of this offer last year on the Dublin / Holyhead route, while travel was approved.

So unfortunately we cannot comment on any broken links or any discount codes which AXA Plus are running in conjunction with Stena Line. Unfortunately you will have to contact AXA Plus for clarity.
