Dublin Ferryport is situated 2 miles from the centre of Ireland’s vibrant capital city, and is positioned at the heart of Ireland’s road and rail network. Dublin Port Tunnel is situated within the port complex & provides quick access to the M50 & M1 motorways, the main routes to the North and South of the country.

Dublin Port is served by an Express Bus Transfer 7 days a week. The Express Bus Transfer service is operated by Nolan Coaches.

A regular public bus service also operates between the city center and Dublin Ferryport. The number 53 terminus is on Talbot street. Standard bus fares apply to this service and free travel passes may be used. Please click here for timetable.

Parking Information

Short term parking is available on the road just outside the terminal building. The cost is €2.00 per hour with a minimum charge of €1. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket meters which are situated close by. Vehicle clamping is in operation and the release fine is €80.00 Please make sure that your ticket covers your proposed length of stay.

Long Term parking is available in a special car park directly beside the terminal building. The cost is €9.00 per 24hrs (part there of). The cost per week is €50. The parking area is barrier controlled. Tickets are automatically issued on entry and you pay the amount due on exit. There is an automatic pay station just outside the terminal building – only €20, €10 and €5 notes are accepted. Payment by credit card is accepted during working hours.
