Short term parking is available outside the main terminal building. The purpose of this small car park is to allow people to deliver or collect passengers using ferry services. The length of stay is restricted to 20 minutes and is free of charge. A traffic warden monitors the car park and will issue fixed penalty notices for any breach of parking regulations.
Due to coronavirus the long stay car park has been relocated and is in walking distance of the port. There are 2 car parks near the entrance of the port, these are now available for long term parking. Same fees apply. The cost is £8.00 per day Pay and ticket machines are located at the car park. Park & Ride is no longer running. The car park is quite secure – there is CCTV coverage and the car park is randomly patrolled by security staff.
