Getting to the Port

Arriving from direction Hamburg / south, take the highway A1 to Lübeck and stay on it until you reach the interchange “20 / Bad Schwartau”. Here you change to highway A226 direction Lübeck-Travemünde and stay on that road up to EXIT “Skandinavienkai”. The road takes you automatically to the Finnlines check-in.

Tip: You can type to your navigator Skandinavienkai or Zum Hafenplatz as a destination.

Changes to public transport from 14 December onwards:

The bus connection between Lübeck Travemünde Skandinavienkai railway station and the Skandinavienkai Terminal (harbour building and check-in building) will be discontinued. If you arrive by train, you will need to walk approximately 2.5 km to reach the terminal. We therefore recommend travelling to and from the terminal by bus or taxi.

When travelling by bus:

Take a bus from either Lübeck Central Station / ZOB or Travemünde Strand railway station and get off at the stop Skandinavienkai Terminal.

Parking Information

There is a paid, unguarded long-term parking lot directly at the harbor for €9 per day. The license plate number is scanned by a camera upon entry and exit. The digital system automatically calculates the parking time. No ticket is issued. Payment is made by entering the license plate number at the machine in the main entrance of the Hafenhaus, via the EasyPark app, or online.
