The ferry from Rosslare to Cherbourg is operated by Brittany ferries. It connects the south east of the Republic of Ireland with Cherbourg in the Normandy region of France.

There is one overnight sailing per week and will take approximately 18 hours to get to France.

Both Rosslare and Cherbourg have excellent access to good road networks. This makes driving to and from the ports a simple task. Cherbourg is ideally placed for easy access to all areas of Normandy. You can easily venture into further regions of France including Western Loire. Or even the Dordogne and the Atlantic coast. Rosslare has good motorway links across the Republic or Ireland, leading into Northern Ireland.

Traveling to France from Rosslare does not get much easier than the Rosslare to Cherbourg ferry.
