  1. The shuttle bus Zeebrugge to Bruges drops you on the edge of the city, about a mile from the centre. There are no taxis at that point. For anyone not familiar with Bruges that is not a reasonable location. Presumably coaches are not allowed into the centre but for pensioners with cases to transport and no information this is totally unsatisfactory !!!

  2. Zeebrugge has easy connections to Bruges which is just a beautiful city with it’s canals and mediaeval architecture. There are enough hotels in Bruges to cater for all tastes and budgets. The ferry is an ideal way to visit this lovely city.
