Ferry from Naantali (Finland) to Kapellskär (Sweden)

If you are sailing to the Sweden from Finland, you can take the Naantali to Långnäs to Kapellskär, which sails via Åland Islands. The sailing occurs onboard the Finnsirius and Finncanopus. The travel time from Naantali to Kapellskär is 8–9 hours, with Långnäs to Kapellskär takes only 3.5 hours. Sailings occurs twice a day.

• Booking a cabin is compulsory on evening and night departures.
•  A vehicle is mandatory when travelling from/to Långnäs on evening and night departures.
• Passengers with impaired mobility traveling to/from the Åland Islands are asked to contact the call center before making a reservation. On the car deck, there is no obstacle-free access from the vehicle to the elevator.

From Naantali harbour in Finland, our ships operate to Kapellskär in Sweden and Långnäs in the Åland Islands.

Check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure (we will wait for passengers arriving Wed-Sun at 9:15 for the 10:15 morning departure).

Check-in for passengers travelling with a vehicle (car, motorbike, or bicycle) takes place at the check-in booths (see driving instructions below). Passengers travelling without a vehicle are checked in at the Naantali Terminal (see attached map).

Check-in on day departures

For passengers travelling with a vehicle (car, motorbike, or bicycle), check-in takes place at the check-in booths. Check-in opens 2 hours before departure. Please arrive at the check-in at the latest 45 minutes before the departure.

Passengers travelling without a vehicle are checked in at the Långnäs terminal. Check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure (we wait for passengers from the 14.45 bus to the 15.00 departure).

Check-in on night departures

Only passengers travelling with a vehicle can travel on night departures to/from Långnäs. Check-in on night departures from Långnäs takes place onboard. Please arrive at the port at the latest 30 minutes hour before the departure. Show your booking confirmation and identification document to the port personnel to embark the vessel.
