SeaFrance Closed November 2011

SeaFrance went in to administration and ceased sailings in November 2011. You can still travel between Dover and Calais with P&O and DFDS Seaways or alternatively you can travel from Dover to Dunkirk with DFDS Seaways.

Although this route has closed, there are 45 daily ferries sailing from Dover arriving into the France. These crossing are operated by DFDS and P&O Ferries.

If your taking your dog or small pet with you on your travels, then you are in luck because all ferries operators allow you to travel with dogs and small animals. Each operator will have there own policy and allow dogs to either remain in your vehicle or in the onboard kennels during the crossing.
